Sham

Sham is a party game where the host's phone IS the server. One phone hosts, friends scan a QR to join over wifi or hotspot — no accounts, no setup.

Everyone's music (playlist links, song search, or Top-100 chart packs) goes into one pot. A 30-second preview plays on every phone in sync. Smash GUESS and the music freezes for the whole room — ten seconds, name that song. Artist = bonus points.

When the rounds end, the lowest score dances to a song from their own library. Filming encouraged.
